`atomic host status` is 50x slower than `rpm-ostree status`

Simply starting the Python interpreter is still 4x slower than rpm-ostree status, but it's nowhere near as bad:
[root@host-172-16-171-196 ~]# time python -c 'print "hello"'
hello
real 0m0.045s
user 0m0.038s
sys 0m0.007s
So it's something slow in the atomic command.
I'll look into it
