Can you scan entire OpenShift Registry with Atomic?

I'm trying to implement a vulnerability scanner that covers my entire OpenShift Registry. Is this possible with Atomic and if not does anyone know of a product that can accomplish this?

atomic is able to scan containers that are stored in COW File systems or regular file systems, it can not currently scan images that are stored in a registry. It would need to download the images and explode them on disk, to do this.
