Repo specific metadata: description and logo

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. There has been a request from zui side to present a repo description and a logo when showing the repo details (and maybe the logo inside the summary as well). We need a way to upload/store/retrieve this information to/in/from the zot server.
