sometimes disappear the open orders

created an order , i see balances order amount

but sometimes disappear the open order, not all the time..

or it's just ui delay when you cancel an order

I got the same error by creating an order through pyserum How i can close my orders from this interface? i hit settle and still cannot see my orders
