Show X-axis timescale on lower time frames

Describe the bug

Have discussed sometime ago but putting in here for brevity. I have candles data whose bars are 1s width. It looks like even specifying 1000 ms to overlay.timeFrame doesn't do anything.

The good news however is that it displays just fine without the scales.
