Describe the issue Zoom sensitivity slider in the menu does not appear to actually do anything.

Expected behavior Affecting sensitivity when zooming in (holding right mouse button).

Alternatively, the slider may be removed for now.

It's certainly horrific and bad that zoomsens is an engine variable, but technically it is, and so the issue belongs in the engine repository.
