add a survey after copa run finishes. we should discuss what would be the questions, how often to present this to the user and how many times
example:
Are you willing to submit PRs to contribute to this feature request?

I can make a Microsoft form for this. Here's my initial thoughts - welcome to all feedback.
Experience is a survey message that pops up at the end of a interactive session. Message can be along the lines of "Tell us what you think about Project Copacetic in a quick survey - this helps our team with data and feedback that we can use to continue maintaining Copacetic for the community." - basically a message to convey that it helps us keep the project running (Pathos!).
As for frequency, I'm thinking the survey option only appears once every 2 weeks, and the user can opt out with a flag or variable change. (open to different frequencies)
For the specific questions, here are some initial thoughts
- Contact/Company [optional], but highlight it helps us keep Copa running to know our adopters
- Branch to "can we add your company to the adopter list on GitHub?"
- How often do you use Copa? (multiple choice to everyday, once a week, biweekly, monthly, other (custom))
- How do you run Copa (local CLI vs CI/CD vs registry automation vs cronjob vs other)
- What did you patch? (Open ended)
- Any feedback or improvements you want to see? (Open ended)
