[Feature] Can we add a section to the TH user guide about sideloading?

Feature description

It might already be there, I couldn't find it by searching for "sideload". It definitely took me a hot second to figure it out and the instructions in the VS doc didn't work for me (test didn't get updated). Looks like these need to go into the custom folder.

Also probably want to add documentation about when sideloading is allowed.

Use Cases

Person wants to side load a test case. It would be good to know how to do that.
