[Feature] option to re-name test cases after creation

Feature description

It takes a long time to create test runs, if you forgot to change the name it's fairly cryptic and you end up having to do individual search. An option to re-name these would be helpful.

Use Cases

• make test run, forget to change name
• whoops, go back and name to something informative.
