[Feature] PICS tool - save in same location as where file was opened
Feature description
Especially for devices with multiple endpoints (aka every device), having the file default to save to the same location from where it was opened would help folks not to accidentally overwrite their PICS files as they move through the multiple conformances.
Use Cases
- edit PICS for EP0, save file
- open PICS for EP1, save file, don't accidentally overwrite EP0

As the PICS Tool is a browser based tool, this would heavily depend on the browser type used. As such, the "Save As" feature of the browser might for now be easier than to rely on the tool to do this.
