TC-CENT-4.4 is not applicable when the CNET feature is 0x01, the test plan seems not up to date per the following spec issue: https://github.com/CHIP-Specifications/chip-test-plans/issues/1830 [TC-CNET-4.4] [Wi-Fi] Verification for ScanNetworks command [DUT-Server]- needs to have CNET.S.F00(WI) as top level PICS instead of CNET.S
