[1.12.2] Mobs move in strange ways, as if the player was connected to a laggy or high ping server

Playing Enigmatica 2 v1.79

Natura mobs move as if they were on a laggy server, even when A. other mobs move correctly and B. the game is running smoothly on a local machine

If there are any mod interactions that are known for causing this (FoamFix, AI improvements, etc.) please let me know
