There is no willow door.

Willow recipes include all of the basic blocks (Log, Plank, Stair, Slab, Fence, Fencegate, Trapdoor) EXCEPT for the DOOR. Which is disappointing because a willow door would be a great way to make the green hobbit doors.

This is a duplicate of Issue #463 which is more complete as it mentions the four doors which are missing textures.
