Fediverse [feature request]: option to not repeat the Fediverse username (for snarfers?)

Currently all snarfers seem to begin with name of the profile and then the username e.g. [email protected]. I would like to have an option to not do that, like there is supybot.plugins.web.snarfershowdomain.

The scenario I hope for is that if two bots with snarfing enabled happen to be on same channel, such as #limnoria-bots, they won't repeat each other for eternity (until an external party takes action). I would use this as an additional protection for https://github.com/ProgVal/Limnoria/issues/1461.
