The name ginkgo on Pypi

I am looking to upload my project 'ginkgo' to Pypi. I found this package is already there and occupy the name. However, I find this package hasn't been updated for 11 years and perhaps been deprecated.

Would you mind transferring the name 'ginkgo' to me?
