Export to MS SQL Server

Hi,

I manually updated the script for MS SQL Server. Then, I exported the new script. This is for those who are using this DB. Maybe you can add the zip to your depot?

Need to rename *.z0?.zip into *.z0? (could not upload a file larger than 10 Mb and not finishing by .zip).
