Multiple issues with data accuracy

Firstly, thanks for making the resource available; generally it been very helpful, but I'm afraid the data is not accurate enough to work with as I have found multiple issues. To name but a few:

• Multiple regions have no name. In some cases such as Canada (33) or the Ivory Coast (39), most, if not all of the regions are unnamed. All of the Canadian province names are missing!
• New Zealand (158) Region 2613 (Manawatu-Wanganui) contains only two cities, when in fact most of the cities in this region have been placed into region 2598 (Wellington)
• The geoboxes for many countries are off E.G. Svalbard and many of the smaller Pacific Island nations
• The location of many cities (particularly small villages) shows some uninhabited region. E.G. Ouled Mnassir in Boumerdes, Algeria (Country 56, Region 849, City 660412)
• Why do so many of the cities in Albania have double parentheses around the name? E.G. "(( Beluç i Sipërm ))" in Gjirokaster (Country 6, Region 69, City 72416) . The geolocation also points to what looks like an uninhabited, mountainous region of Albania

I'm not sure of the source from which you created this data, but it appears to have some significant gaps.
