Figure 5-16 is wrong and may confuse people

The Figure 5-16 found in chapter 5 is wrong and should be corrected to be in sync with the corresponding text. It would easily confuse people if it weren't corrected soon.

@sivaraam and @ben Based on the text, I think John and Josie needs to be interchanged in the Figure 5-16 since John worked on featureA

Should be closed for duplicate issue #950 and it was fixed by PR #955 (at least the pdf file)

Should be reopened according to the comment in #950, but as it has not been closed till the moment the 'open' state becomes appropriate one now ...
