-F not supported on Apple Silicon

When I use the parameter -F I get this message:

MacOSX 10.7 or later required for --file-events

I'm running macOS 13.2.1 (22D68) on a MacBook Pro 16" with M1 Max.

Running macOS 14.2.1 on a MacBook Air 13" with M2.
