Old Instructions which include Zadig setup

In light of proffie-dfu-setup.exe, it's a potential point of confusion (and complication) that this plugin's README still has the old instructions for Zadig.

I suggest either replacing it with the new instructions or (more simply) just putting a link to the POD setup page instead.

If there's a desired course of action, I'd be happy to make the edits and submit a PR.
