Receiving OMEMO messages causes duplicate fallback warning
Expected Behavior
I want to be able to receive OMEMO-encrypted messages without message duplication (where Profanity says that the recipient does not support OMEMO).
Current Behavior
When I send a message, the other person receives it with the small lock icon indicating that it is correctly encrypted with OMEMO. However, when I receive a message, I always get a duplicate message:
21:27:52 * me: Test
21:27:52 - me: I sent you an OMEMO encrypted message but your client doesn’t seem to support that. Find more information on

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)
