Modified docker files, added run.sh, multiple README files on setup

• [ ] I ran valgrind when using my new feature (Is this necessary for what this is providing?)
• [X] Edited several docker files, and added directories/run script for the purpose.

How to test the functionality

• Read docker/images/README.md for compilation instructions.
• Read docker/run-scripts/README.md for instructions on the run.sh script.
• Edit run.sh, run chmod, then ./run.sh

I will continue on others, though I'm not confident I can resolve the issues with Arch Linux in a reasonable amount of time. I should be able to add the other two OS' to further PR's but wanted to have something for you sooner than later.
