Socket Reconnect on Silence

Might be an easy one but I know you weren't keen on having to do this as you'd be coding around bad server reliability.

If socketio is silent for 60 seconds, disconnect then reconnect socket.

might soon not be needed anymore if websocket becomes the new defalt and socketio becomes obsolete. But I leave this issue open to remind me that it could be implemented anyways, just for the sake of completeness.
