[Feature request] Swipe / Scroll to next article in reader view

I've only been using FeedFlow for a few days, but it has quickly become my primary reading app due to its minimalistic design and apt features. It is simply an awesome application!

It would be an excellent addition to have the ability to jump to the next article directly in reader mode. This way, it would eliminate the need to return to the feed view and manually select the next article. Here are some commonly utilized navigation options in other reading apps:

  • Swiping right to go to the next article and left to return to the previous one is likely the most intuitive and natural method.
  • Some applications use a scroll down/up feature, which is convenient when reading full articles though not very practical for skimming through main titles.
  • Another potential option could be the implementation of a button. However, given the current layout, such a button would lie outside of the thumb's comfortable reach, and thus might not be so convenient for a feature that will be frequently used.

Thanks!

Makes sense, I'll consider that in the future!

I'd love swipe or a button (or both) as ways to implement this. For the button, something like what HandyNewsReader does -- a "hidden" button area like e-ink taps in the bottom left/right corners works well within the interface.
