[Feature request] Show "Mark all as read" as overlay on scroll to top

Hi, first of all thank you for this simple yet functional rss reader. I jumped ship from Feeder legacy (version 2.2.7) as it's missing font scaling in feeds and it slowly but shurly got huge in size beyond v.3.

I have a small favor to ask as I mostly interact with the phone with left hand, its cumbersome to "Mark all as read" when I have to scroll all the way to bottom when the feed list is long. Is it possible to implement a overlay of the "Mark all as read" when scrolling to top and hidden while scrolling to bottom?

For the time being, you can find the "Mark all as read" also in the menu on the toolbar.
