document the files and directory structure of the repository and the build/packaging process

The content and structure of the download-files are extrem different from the repository itself.

The repository give no hint about how the download-files are build and packaged. Please document that. The repository in it's current state make it unpossible for third persons to participate the project and contribute.

I have never seen a directory structure like that in a git-repository. Maybe it is usual in the Java-word? No matter, please document it. In the current state it is quite far away from self-describing (like e.g. a doc, src directory would be). Just put a little hint about it in the readme-file. This would make it quite more easier for new persons to contribute to your project.
