Add fqda-pdf-manual and improve it

There is a nice looking german pdf-manual written with LaTeX can be found here: http://www.produnis.de/fqda/manual/de.pdf

Please add it (including the tex-source!) to this repository, in a way that it can be found by other persons. Currently the source is to deep hiden in the directory structure. I nowhere see the PDF file. And there is no hint about this PDF file in the README.txt nor in the wiki.

Please improve the first "Installation" section in that document. It is currently empty. ;)
