At present, the Chinese translation has been completed.  But when I was testing here, there was a place that didn't understand why it didn't show Chinese. 
could there be an option to set user permission? ie: if i as a non vip member (non-paid member) i couldn't set gif as my avatar and i'd couldnt, lets...
