Frontend Editing: CMD+S for saving changes

Short description of the enhancement

It would be a lot more efficient to save changes on the frontend via CMD/CTRL+S keyboard shortcut

Current vs. suggested behaviour

Currently one has to use the mouse which is a lot less efficient than just hitting CMD+S

Why would the enhancement be useful to users?

Better UX, easier content editing for clients

CTRL-S for saving is an improvement also mentioned in my request https://github.com/processwire/processwire-requests/issues/392
