Frontend Editing: Hide save button as long as there are no changes

Short description of the enhancement

When using frontend editing we get a save and cancel button in the lower left corner. This is great, but I find myself more and more clicking on that save button (just to be sure...) and then get an annoying warning "no changes to save".

Personally I don't find this warning very helpful. Quite the contrary, it gets really annoying after some time, because you need another click with your mouse, find the appropriate spot on the screen, read everything carefully, which takes time and effort.

Current vs. suggested behavior

My suggestion would be to hide the save button as long as there are no changes to save.

Why would the enhancement be useful to users?
