Short description of the enhancement
I'm really need some headless CMS/CMF with built in Restful/GraphQL services. Processwire is my favorite CMF and i won't learn something else like Bolt CMS or expensive Node.js based system.

- Mobile and PWA development out of the box.
Current vs. suggested behavior
It's modern feature. Bolt CMS have this feature out of the box just like Craft and Kirby.
Have to agree with this. It's most likely not going to happen though.
Ryan wants the core to be minimalistic for building websites and wants to have things that not everyone needs to be a module. That strategy makes sense too. ProcessWire has an exceptional GraphQL module made by @dadish. Yet ProcessWire is not marketed as a headless CMS because it doesn't offer this functionality without a module.
