missing space around <code> tags

@BernhardBaumrock Looking in the ProcessWireUpgrade module I can see that there is space there, so not sure why it's not appearing in your screenshot. Does it appear related to the admin theme? If you use your browser inspector do you see spaces there? Is there anything installed that might be minifying the markup?

From the screenshot, this looks to be happening inside checkbox/toggle labels only. The other code tags seem unaffected.

@ryancramerdesign yes, it's an issue with the new admin theme and as @daun mentioned it only appears on checkbox labels.
