Short description of the issue

I usually just link to a logo in use on my site - the problem is sometimes they can be quite wide like so depending on the logo:

I think there should be a CSS tweak to stop them going over say 250px or so.

I try and add the custom admin logo for every site I work on so that when I'm switching between lots of sites in a given day I don't get confused, but I don't usually add in my own admin CSS so it would be nice if this was in place in the theme CSS by default as I don't think it makes sense for the logo to go above a certain width anyway.

To be honest, it has only taken me a few minutes to do it with a custom .less file, but I still think it makes some sense to limit the width without doing that
