Fix joining a MIX channel on a remote server

  • send the participant jid on join
  • parse sub xml elements that were previously not parsed
  • Fix subscribing to nodes when joining

Hi! Now that the other MIX PRs are merged, can you rebase this one and fix the merge conflict? This will also allow CI to run again, and probably pass the tests too.
