Feature requests triage in Github issues

Some features requests are interesting but are only useful for a very small subset of the user base and would make code more complex / harder to maintain.

Probably we should create a "To reconsider" label, to be able to close them, but still review them when preparing the roadmap, with the option to reopen them.

That would allow the list of issues that help build a clearer roadmap.
