On hover, cursor is not changed into pointer in documentation/reference section

Take an example of this page: https://processing.org/reference/Array.html

When hovering over plus and minus button from the sidebar, cursor is still arrow, where it should have been changed to pointer along with the title. And it's happening to all the sections/pages on reference page.
