I tried use to video library in RPI4, but it's very slow. How to use video library in RPI4?

This fixed the issue for me: sudo apt-get install gstreamer1.0-plugins-bad gstreamer1.0-plugins-ugly gstreamer1.0-libav @tnwnrrl
