Issue Installing the video library offline on WIndows 7

I'm trying to install the video library on a computer without an internet connection running windows 7. I ve tried the usual things - putting the folder into the libraries folder inside the Processing sketchs folder etc. All of the usual ways of making these external libraries work doesn't seem to work for this particular library.

Can someone show me (for windows) what the folder and file tree should look like, please?

and also how they successfully installed it offline?

@Ennochiantapestry What error are you getting? Have you tried installing the latest beta?
