Video library not running in Windows 10 (works ok in OSX)

Hi all, On running a sketch using the video library in Windows 10 I'm getting the following errors:

"A library used by this sketch is not installed properly" "A library relies on native code that's not available. Or only works properly when the sketch is run as a 32-bit application"

I've installed the library both through the IDE and manually, The error doesn't happen for the same sketch on an OSX install, so it seems to be unique to Win 10.

Any help resolving it would be greatly appreciated

@kierannolan have you tried installing the latest beta manually?
