No ".jar" file when downloaded

downloaded the .zip file and checked for a .jar file in the "library" subfolder but it was not there :/, if someone could upload it or instruct me on what to do that would be great

Just take the version 1.3 from https://github.com/processing/processing-sound/releases/tag/v1.3.
