Actual Behavior

Currently, on trying to scroll beyond on home page, there is a visual artifact where an extra white gap between footer and bottom banner.

Expected Behavior

There shouldn't be any gap between the footer and bottom banner upon scrolling

Steps to reproduce

Go to home and try to scroll beyond the banner, you will see gap between the footer and banner.
