Bright wider outline on focus for sighted keyboard users.

Actual Behaviour Currently, while tabbing through the elements, a thin dotted outline appears on focus. This is not properly visible and can prove to be difficult to notice for keyboard users. Specifically for images and similar elements.

Expected Behaviour A wider outline with a bright color. This would enable a sighted keyboard user to identify the element that is currently being focused efficiently.
