Education Resources (Reorganizing)

In Tutorials (https://p5js-wip.online/tutorials/), we feel that Education Resources should not have on its own page. We propose that its contents should be in their own section within the tutorials page, with subsection H3 headers like that of the reference page. The cards should then have the same treatment/hover states as the other tutorial cards.

Thanks for bringing it up. We are planning to add another section called 'Books', and we can revisit this issue later after we reviewing some page structures, probably in early May.

Having it all on the same page makes sense! Although I think it probably can't use the exact same style since for tutorials, the whole thumbnail, title, etc links to the tutorial, whereas a number of these education resources have multiple links that we need to accommodate.

@davepagurek, just to double check, are we planning to show the education resource author info on the website? The info is currently included in the code, but not visible on the website. (see screenshot below)
