Improving Hindi translation for the Learn section and Download section

What improvement are you suggesting?

The month and dates are still in english language under download section . for instance Screenshot 2023-03-29 220842 Some description on the hindi learn section are sitll in english as well as shown in the attached screenshot Screenshot 2023-03-29 220802
