Translation of Reference Page in Hindi

What improvement are you suggesting?

Most of the content in Reference Page is currently in English language only. To make p5.js site completely functional and accesible in Hindi language, we should translate entire Reference page.

Would you like to work on the issue?

Will be happy to help in some components, however I welcome new contributors to work on the issue and as a Steward of both Reference and Hindi Translation , feel free to tag me on your PR for review
