[Section] Unable to change from p5.js to p5.min.js

Description

• There must be preferences in the settings to change from p5.js to p5.min.js
• This helps both the developers to do quick testing and the users to be able to build larger programs with better speed

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to [editor](Minified p5 js version inaccessible through web editor. )
2. Check settings tab and there's no option to change it from current version to minified

Actual Behavior

No options to change to minifed version

Expected Behavior

Maybe an option in the settings tab

This needs discussion but I'm expecting another preference which can be toggled to use the minified version and back.
