Bug: Hindi translation does not apply on the homepage (works for Bangla and others)

What is your operating system?

Mac OS

Web browser and version

All browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)

Actual Behavior

No Hindi translation appears; the page remains in English.

Expected Behavior

The homepage should translate to Hindi just like it does for Bangla and other supported languages.

Steps to reproduce

Steps:

  1. just visit https://editor.p5js.org
  2. select हिन्दी as language

Thanks for catching this @MuKuL-DiXiT! Yes, that does seem to be the case. I think there might be a formatting error within the Hindi translation json file, which might've been due to my last edit!

Hi — I can take this one. I reproduced the issue: selecting Hindi on https://editor.p5js.org/ keeps the page in English (p5.js v1.11.11, macOS, Chrome/Firefox/Safari). Please assign this to me and I’ll open a PR with a fix and tests. Thanks!

hi @raclim , i had also solved this issue on my end, if the other pr works, no worries but if it doesn't let me know, i'll raise a pr.
