editor contrast issue (#3579)

Fixes #i3579

Changes:

  1. Storage bar on assets page - fixed progress bar colors
  2. Search bar outline contrast - improved border colors in all themes
  3. File menu disabled options - better contrast for inactive items
  4. Run/stop button states - clearer visual distinction between active/inactive
  5. Modal inputs (like create file) - same input border improvements
