Currently, as soon as you open the editor a random name is generated, both for sketch and collection, using friendly-words https://github.com/processing/p5.js-web-editor/blob/develop/client/utils/generateRandomName.js

Feature enhancement details:

• If the user has different language preferences than English, the random friendly-words need to be gathered from a curated collection of words in that given language.

On balance, I feel users (esp. a diversity of learners) would be better served by a more informative and more translatable--if less whimsical--approach to naming new sketches.
