Refreshing the browser window leaves editor unable to run the sketch again

Hello.

The browser window has two refresh icons. The one on the mid-left works fine but there is a problem with the one in the top right corner. When i click on that one the sketch restarts and all seems fine but when i close the browser window the editor thinks the sketch is still running and the sketch can't be run again. This can only be fixed by restarting the editor. Using the Play/Pause button in the editor works fine. I'm running Windows 7. If this is unclear i can add some pictures.
